Project Management Examples:

99 & 101 Sutton Street, Redcliffe

Contour successfully entered negotiations with Unitywater in extending the Incentive Policy Area to capture allotments which were severely impacted by existing sewer infrastructure. It is well known that Redcliffe and the surrounding suburbs contain historical sewer alignments which generally run through the middle of allotments. 

Contour tabled an option to Unitywater for their consideration which would allow a development are to develop in accordance with Council’s planning scheme provisions. Following the negotiations, Unitywater resolved to extend the Incentive Policy extents and include our clients site, therefore making development of the site feasible. 

Following the approval of the policy, Contour commenced the project management of the construction of a deep trunk sewer main to satisfy the new policy.
